We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team in Matthews. The ideal candidate will have hands-on MIG welding experience, a current welding certification, and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate welds.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on various materials and components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and production standards
Requirements
Valid/current welding certification required
Previous MIG welding experience required
Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
